Silence Of My Heart
This silence is deafening yet I have come to embrace it,
No wild passion waiting for me and no fear of being duped
I look the same everyday and facade of exciting days is wearing off
No one to tell me lies and take me for a ride,
It's questionable whether I am not unhappy!
Yet, I choose it day after day,
Because being alone feels better than being lonely with a crowd.
