Silence Sea Poem by Alex Alexander

Silence Sea

Silence Sea

This silent sea reflects off her golden crescent moon: through the shadows of Japan's sea of trees.

Her upper leafy canopy branches have swept her tide out.

Now the shores wait until the bottomless black distant ocean

Subsidies. A nearby coastline introduces erosive waves that.

Become calm while mountain-like trees rise in inhale, reaching

their branches upward though, pulling in an outward tide.

Stillness sweet soothing sands lay bare surrender, too;

The welcoming of silence and uncertainty, in this strangely

an isolated place where once flying kites would ascend way

Beyond the terrain scope
