Silent Nights Poem by Isabelle Cote

Silent Nights

A silent night
is nothing but a night
when words don't need to be spoken
to tell the truth

the way you look at me
i always find myself
staring into your eyes
exposing to me your soul

a simple glance
that after a simple touch
say more than would i now say
they say *i love you* more than three words ever could

a chosen dream is that of someone
who is afraid to get their wish
however broken we may be
a dream can fix a heart

so never be afraid to picture
you, with them in your arms
because soon you may no longer wonder
you may only speak of experience

because a truth is stronger than any lie
truth speaks of meaning
the truth is even told sometimes, upon a silent night
when nothing is said

xox i love you so much...dedicated to someone special :)
