Silent Suffering. Poem by KIMBERLEY E STANTON

Silent Suffering.

Her thoughts..
Put a gun to there head
Don't pull the trigger but instead
I'll Torture there brain like they tortured mine
I show no emotion so they think I'm fine
Silent suffering it's time I made some noise
Psychotic thoughts there overpowering
Mental health hidden psychosis
Mood swings in regular doses.

Her constant screams
Her eyes beam
Dissociating thoughts
Followed by a lack of dreams.
