Silent Words Poem by poppy miller

Silent Words

Rating: 3.0

Silent words of multiple liners
Sail the ether to the sound
Of ocean's voice which beats emotions,
Their voyage global bound.

Space travelling from an armchair
Energy waves projecting thought
Vibrating at a certain frequency
Some loosely floating, some so taut.

The orchestra sounds both day and night
Tunes of every season,
Some mirthful, some in sadness
And some with neither rhyme nor reason.

Criss-crossing, overstepping,
Racing rivers to the hungry sea,
Those silent words, those energy waves,
Keep winging their way, to be free.

But just where are they winging
These runners of multi races
These moving vessels of the heart
These soul dispatchers without faces

Who cry for kindness to humanity,
These spirits who dare you to forget?
Why friend, it's you and you and you
