Keep flying
in the face of adversity

Open wide
your
big wondrous heart

Summon thoughts
that heal

Pray for today
no matter
which way the wind blows

Trudge through currents
dark and merky,
just not alone

Stand up
be counted for...
if not by anyone else,
yourself

Sing out loud
any song
you hunger to sing

Find joy
where
there is none

Be cognizant
of each moment
that laps upon your shore

Increments are cumulative
like a river
flowing to an ocean

Though you may not be sure
it is OK
just keep putting one foot
in front of the other

Cry when you need
shortly thereafter,
peace will follow

Knock
and the door
shall open.
