Sinking Ship...
Sinking ship
Lost its signal mast
Fading sky never
Heard the waning SOS
A sinking ship
Its anchors lost
Its sailors swam away
Full fathom five its Captain sits
Leave the ship
Its shell of steel
Some day
Some one will proclaim
And read a declaration:
“In the years of past into the spasm of waves
Never a ship nor a sailor
Once trespassed this virgin sea….yet.. we are.”.
