Sinking Sun Poem by Naveed Akram

Sinking Sun

The sun sank rapidly, and he liked looking straight,
So that the sun would dance and emit flames;
It brought an understanding to the forehead
About the burden attached to so few people.

With a quick glance the liking and loving desisted,
And assistance was required for the extraordinary;
The sun sank far too quickly today,
Far more than any one day.
