Sits, Waits, Watches Poem by Sierra Love

Sits, Waits, Watches

the memory
so stealthy
sits, waits, watches
one wrong word
it sences my weak spot
and pounces
the image
the taste
the smell
the fear
letting it loose
full fury
making my stomache turn
my eyes burn with tears
it runs back
a new hiding spot
sits, waits, watches
