waiting by the phone
pacing by the door
woundering who you are

remembering all the laughs
believing all you said
questioning the entire truth

still feeling your smooth body
having to blow away the heat
asking where you are

i can still smell your skin
feel your calm and powering presence
and hear your lovely voice

thinking of you i cry
i let you and your lies in
and was hurt

you used me, and i knew nothing
i questioned myself of myself b/c of you
and time and time agin got the same answer

i told myself to believe in you,
you were to sweet to hurt me
and the whole time
you were to ugly to believe in yourself
