Skip Sorrow, Find Joy

Sorrow accompanies everywhere
On misery wings will ride
Where true love calls, God's grace to share
Joy can no longer hide

So many victims are out there
Prisoners wounded bound
Souls lacking love, folks needing care
Knowing no Higher Ground

Jesus is just a name they've heard
Heaven, devils and hell
Man rising from death sounds absurd
Till Truth spends time to tell

God's no more imagination
Christ risen, should be king
Salvation's no fabrication
Victory begins to sing

This is no nursery story
No children's fairy tale
But power, true love and glory
Faith that never can fail

Chew it over, give it a try
Do a little research
See if the bible tells a lie
Seek a while, a true church

See if Christ Jesus is leading
If songs are true inside
Where no statue stands bleeding
Think awhile to abide

Try a week, a month, try a year
Talk to Jesus each day
See life's miracle occur
Walking Salvation Way.....
