Walking like a drunk
I tumble down on a field
the soft green grass below
my beautiful partner by my side

looking up into the vast blue sky
it's wonders, magical, i won't lie
let me tell you why


the bright blueness of it all
from the tip of my toe
to the top of my hair
it's blue
the sky
it's sea blue

Beautiful, they tell me
clouds of all shapes and sizes
splash out like an array of colors
waiting to be painted

the shapes of clouds, unique, delight
cars, love, hearts and others
anything can be made
when it's sky above
anything can happen
when you're in love

It's a beautiful day
today
everyday
the sun, glaring, makes me drowsy
makes me feel lovely
lovely-dovey

What about rain? you ask
well
i still feel it's the same

the dark clouds
rumble of thunder
makes your mind
race with wonder

quicker than lightning
faster than sound
the world has never been so profound

the rain follows after
with moods dampened
i'm feeling blue
blue as the water
blue as the sky
blue as the winter weather
blue till i die

But those who are strong
those who can last
will see the rainbow
after the fiery rush

That's where i am now
in a field
tired, like a drunkard

the sun is shining bright
the grass is soft
the sky is blue and bright
we can see the rainbow in the sky
the beautiful, magnificent sky
with my love, by my side
