Sleep Poem by Jas Andrada

Sleep

I just wanna sleep peacefully tonight
In a cosy duvet with stars sparkling bright
With a cute little dream catcher above my head
As I lose myself in the dream world on my bed

The ghosts and the darkness were shooed by my dreams
Dreams with little castles and fairies, it seems
Filled with cute white clouds and a smiling sun
In this part of the dream world I need not to run

But oh, how I hate to wake up after dreaming
For the evil of the world will be in front of me staring
Staring at my face which will crumple in fright
As I yell to him, “Get out of my sight! ”
