At night I cannot sleep,
For I worry about tomorrow.
It seems there is no sleep for me to keep.
Each day is full of sorrow,
As I drag myself through.
I am jittery, and sleepy,
'Cause sleep is a no-can-do.
I'm nervous as I lie in the dark creepy.
But my nerves can only be settled when I get sleep.
This will never work out.
I feel like a lifeless heap,
Going through a sleep drought.
