Slither Poem by Vidonia Rosenvlaed

Slither

my skin is my eyes
my feet is my hands
I can twist my frame up
to contort and to bend
this place is not home
deep down in this dark
I want to stand tall
But the pressure's too much
it just takes a hook
a line
a bob
please take me up there
they say there's a sun
