What am i supposed to do
you wanting me and me wanting you
my stupid heart misleading me
making me believe that we could be
im sorry for how you feel
for me leading you on and making a big deal
i really do want you, thats what hurts the most
and i wish that its you about whom i could boast
if only i could freeze time
if only i could make you mine
im really sorry for what ive done
and for this outcome
i keep asking myself why does it hurt so
we werent together, my soul you dont know
i havnt smiled once today
i have nothing nice to say
i feel so empty inside this heart
and i hope you know that you have a part
forever is a long time they say
but thats how long your thoughts will stay
with me, inside me, all around me
that s how i want it to be!
