The snow drifts down from the sky
The girl looks up into the clouds
Getting snow blown in her face
She embraces the cold
She feels like she's being set free
The omniscient shadow lifted
From her fragile shoulders
The fear of what’s to come relieved
The smile she thought to be lost
Spreads across her saddened face
The happiness flows back into her
The tears vanish as if they were
Never truly were there
She feels the warmth wrap around her
Consuming her completely
She's reminded that happiness exists
The snow blows through her hair
Reminding her of who she is
