So Much To Do Poem by Marilyn Lott

There is so much to do the first of the year
I don't know where to start
It is simply over-whelming for me
As though I'm working in the dark.

Files to go through, throw "stuff" away
Yes "stuff" is a problem for sure
If only I could just stop buying things
Maybe that would be the cure.

I haven't worn those clothes in years
They probably don't fit anymore
That's it I'm simply staying home
Never again will I go to the store.

Do you feel the same way I do?
Do you need a giant push to start
But think how happy to have it done
It truly would lighten the heart!
