The summer days I held you
I did not want to let you go
The cold chilly mornings
Hoping you would know
Just how much I love you
Just what you mean to me
When I look into your eyes
Looking back, love is what I see
These are the greatest moments
My heart has ever known
I am so very thankful
For all the love you’ve shown
