Sober Coin - Poem by Jessica Hernandez (teardrop)

When you come to the edge of all you know you must believe in one of two things: there will be earth upon which to stand or you will be given wings.

I'm not sure how much more you implied in this poem but i see a greater metaphysical meaning to this.

it is that when we look upon our existence, it must be, only if there is some greater sustainer of our existence, or that we must all be self sustaining, and will not cease to exist if everything else did. In a word, our soul's existence is either one of contingency or of independance.
