Asked you what you See
while we stand to the side
you answer " Hell alot of people filled
with a hell of alot of pride """
As we step to Center
and watch the flow of people
busy on their way, ,
Which is the Loser,
which the Winner
neither, for both
are lost to an Unnatural
game they play
and as we turn
to walk down our own Path
you stop me by the Arm, ,
as you begin to laugh, ,
Looking up from a Bend
was that one
with the Hair in Dreads
really your friend? ? ? ?
Kinda funny I had to admit
dreads always looked like sh, , ,
Up on the ceiling hangs a Fly
I'd like to know
why's that give me the feeling
that Flies are mini spies? ? ?
always something to see
always something to watch
wait a minute man
that's not a Fly
it's just some freaking Blotch
Stepped off the Plane
with a Head felt like hell
some atmospheric Pain
Like a Clapper Beating a Bell
My Head want's out of the game
and if it doesn't get away
well, , expect a little spat of insane
or, , well anyway, , ,
Saw a Mushroom looking Cloud
everybody screaming and running
that was one panicked crowd, ,
I thought was Theater till they
began turning
then it hit me
this was real
odd to me, ,
for Atoms
it just didn't have that Feel
nor
the appeal, , ,
and Now, , ,
we're not saying a word
The Air is sucked from
our sighs
Silence is all I've heard
and isn't it just our Luck
falling victim to the lie's
Another day caught by surprise, ,
is this worth the Trouble
for us to rise, , ,
I think it's all the same
maybe even the Angels
have Fake Wings, ,
yeah must be, , just a Game
anyway, you and I lasted
long enough, ,
thinking, Life wasn't
really all that Tough
Besides, , we got by with a Laugh
while others succumbed, ,
ah hell, just do the Math, ,
we're the Lucky Two, ,
who lived while this went down
and fun like this
is seldom seen, , ,
and for some, it's never Found
Life was worth living as a Dream
and now that this one's gone
we'll just continue to keep Rolling further on, , , , , , , ~~~~~~~~~~~ End ~~~~~~
