Solitary Poem by Micheal Olaniyi

Solitary

Sitting solitary
makes my heart throbs,
reminiscing some memories
force my tearsdrop,
Looking back in the days
most is gone.
I wonder through my lonely days,
pounding on my solitary case.
Much time has been wasted
making friends that lasted not,
much love has been shedded
preciously on some heartless-brat,
much problem are also conceeded
by some fools i feed and they bite,
though it feels pure
to be loved by my beloved,
to be appreciated by those helped,
but when time goes by
and we eventually depart
it make me goes high,
and knack my back
on my solitary bed.
Please! Please! Am on my knees!
On this pearly field
just let me be,
lo! Blow to the west,
blow to the east
come on wild wind,
spray me the breeze,
blow away my pains,
restore me back with gains
and make me whole again
