you feel like some one just pushed you down
they're looking down at you and your looking down
scraped up hands and your knees
and tears in your eyes
a hand pulls you up and you realize.....
some ones been watching you

when every you fall
they're by your side giving it their all
to get you back up on your feet
step by step
cheering you up when ever you've wept
when life hands you lemons you got?
yuo make apple juice
then you know some ones been watching you...

people seem to think they can read you
like a book
but you know they can't
with one just look
they'res more to see tna meets the eye
and on some one knows
what the mask hids
they take that look and see right thru
the mask upon your face
discovering the truth
behind the happieness lies a sad look
and a person whose been blamed
a person whose been torn
but this on ray of sunshine slicing thru
the gloom
leaves you feeling like a butterfly
having shed its caccon
who know there would be such a person
to find then it all hits you
of what comes to mind
someones been watching over you
when ever you'd fall they'd be by your side giving it their all
to get you back on your feet
step by step
cheering you up when you've wept
if you feel like you've failed they'd know
just wat to do
thats how you know
