Somehow Surviving Poem by Kristin Schanbacher

Somehow Surviving

Something told me
I told you
yesterday
I wrote a song
with you in my head
screaming
while I lay on my bed
feeling those reelings of dread
repeating the words that were said...
suddenly solitude
seemed sufficient
silently i tried to
be efficient
I tried to stop trying
lied to stop lying
cried to stop crying
Somehow we're all dying
...its a strange place to be
but somehow we're surviving

no doubt this world is a strange place to live as we sometimes dont want to live but we are still living....some time purposefully and other time purposelessly.....some time we dont want to do some action but unconsciously we are doing that.....nice poem rather nicest as it truly demonstrates human helplessness and of course can be called a poem a true representative of human emotions.....graetest effort.....wish you best of luck for your future.....
