Something Bothering Me Poem by Derek ThomasRymer

Something Bothering Me

This plain, very ordinary
almost - sorry to say - ugly
girl slumping ill-dressed
through sullen streets
provokes unbidden
a revelation:

Even such a drab
has at the core
of her uniqueness
a warm, wet and
welcoming place
ripe for the stirring!

Her heart, sex maniac,
I refeer to her heart.
