I saw you yesterday but today you are missing,
Thought of everything possible still no proposition,
Leaves your family & friends in awe as well as awkward conditions,
But I guess time goes on & so does people

It's just not fair your kids no longer get to see you,
Be amongst your presence or just hear your voice,
Losing someone you love really takes away your joy,
Maybe even your feelings no amount of time can truly bring us healing

We played, we laughed, we smiled, and we cried
Opinions and facts separates truth from lies,
Even if I weeped a million times that could never bring back or erase time,

Something Different
Thoughts evolve thoughts also disappear,
Unforunately we have lossed a loved one this year,
Wondering why you are no longer here,
Every memory of you will be held dear,
