SOMETHING I LOOK AT-25
BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY

My love
come out of my heart
me too coming out of yours
the moon is waiting to see
us dance and romance
in this night of glamour
love, light and fragrance

With the moon over head
let love unfold
hearts dance in joy
lips smile and
eyes talk to each other
under the silver sky

In this moonlit night
let me find me in you
and you find you in me
let love be our language
love be our religion
and the whole life
be nothing but
sheer poetry of love

Let us breathe the air love
dance to its tune
hand in hand, heart in heart
soul in soul
to write the lyric of love
and leave our foot prints
on the mosaic of life
for others to see and follow
