SOMETHING I LOOK AT-339
BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY
When I don't find you,
how horrible I feel,
nobody knows.
Waves of emotions rise, an ocean of tears floods my cheeks and frustration grips my whole being without letting anyone sense what is going inside
I search for you everywhere from earth to the sky, and dive deep into the sea to know how my love is.
I go crazy only to have a glimpse of yours to reassure me about your well-being.
Few can appreciate
the way I am, still fewer can fathom the depth and intensity of my love,
may be different,
may not be the way it is understood but it is pure and much above desires and naked self-interests.
Forgive me for the way I am,
forgive me I have not been able to make me understood.
Forgive me for those
pains and sufferings.
But never doubt my love,
it is for you and you only
I may not be a part of you and your world.
Maybe I am a nobody
who has shed your tears,
felt and endured your sufferings as his exclusively his.
No desires except to see you smiling till I breathe my last
