Something I Look At-360

SOMETHING I LOOK AT-360
BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY

It seems
you have found your prince,
a perfect mate,
My love, I'm thrilled, don't be late.
I'm happy for you, with all my heart,
You deserve the best,
believe me we'll never be apart.

In the garden of happiness and peace,
You'll bloom with your love, in perfect release.
In the city of plenty, where love shines bright,
You'll dazzle like the sun, a beautiful sight.

I'm just a poor man, with legs that tremble and fade,
My vision's dwindling, my time is almost made.
I couldn't accompany you, to the land of serenity,
It would be unfair, to your love, beauty and dignity.

So let the old man, wither away to obscurity,
Making way for the new, to enter with dignity.
I'll be in cloud nine, with a smile on my face,
Tears of joy rolling down, in a happy, peaceful space.

Go ahead, my love, a beautiful life awaits,
Never look back, your past will only create debates.
Your present is waiting, hand in hand with your prince,
That day is coming, when my heart will be at peace.

Yes, my love, that moment is near,
When your happiness will be clear.
Can there be anything more gratifying to see?
Your joy, my love, means the world to me.
