Sometimes Poem by Faye Bartalone

Sometimes

The lights go out
So does her confidence
She feels dumb and stupid
And everything around is tense.
The rain fall
Making everything dreary
She can feel it, hear it
The cries of Mother Nature.
She can’t do anything
She is always doing something wrong
Or that’s what other say
To her face or behind her back.
She cries and cries
Till the rain stops
And the lights now shine
Everybody’s wrong sometimes
