Sometimes Poem by H.Q. Gilbert

Sometimes

Sometimes I sit in silence
and
scream
until
I can't
anymore

Sometimes
I watch
the world
full of
happy
people
saunter merrily
around
while
I
sit
in
silence

Sometimes
I look
at the
scars
you made me
leave

Sometimes
I see
you
with
your
new
date
and I
think
That could have been me

Sometimes
I
think
of
you
until
I cry
my
eyes out

Sometimes
I can
still smell
your
lavender-orange
smell
that smell of
summer

Sometimes
I see
you
and
you don't
wave back

Sometimes
I miss you
with all my
heart

Sometimes
it
hurts
until
I
can't
bear
it
any
longer.

Sometimes I sit in silence.
