Sometimes Love Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Sometimes Love

Sometimes love is so sure to let you go
Walk away without a reason or run
Trying to let you forget all the distance fun
That once had a meaning to follow the flow
Love that was said in everything to seem
Out of no one’s feeling that came along
Even though it might turn out so very wrong
Wondering alongside to reason its deem

Then you were like forest in the morning side
With your leafy fragrances through the air
Coming in and growing lose roots and wide
Bringing out again what you need to fear
Love is such a dare to start out and making
All those threads from inside that are aching
