Somewhere In The World - Poem by Michael Leroy Porter
Somewhere in the world there are those who have plenty but there are also those who hardly have any.
There are those who have money but they have a tendency to be funny.
There are those who have plenty of education but who now face economic depreciation
And what about those who have high aspirations but
are being discouraged by their frustrations.
Somewhere in the world there are those who desire wealth, but who have lived in nothing but filth.
There are those in the world who desire decent housing but instead they are still drowsing.
There are those who need clothing but they might be guilty of loathing.
