Song Of Wind Poem by Kathrine Philip

Song Of Wind

Rating: 5.0

As I look outside I feel the rosy breeze,
That carries the leaves gently from the spring trees.
Carries them to and fro like a dove all around,
Then they are gently laid upon the sweet ground.

I see the birds so high above;
Their songs are like our special love.
Then I see your eyes that have a mist somehow,
For you are as beautiful as their songs, this I vow.

You are my dearest and most treasured friend,
Might I say, as I seem to pretend?
On this lovely spring night,
That you are so handsome and wonderful in this moonlight…
