How good a father, you were while alive!
What lucky children we happened to be!
Such happy memories, we now derive!
May God receive you in eternity!
Dear dad, you did your duty in great style!
And mum too helped you truly for her part;
Despite your strife, you slogged and wore a smile!
Afilled with love remained always, your heart!
Oh, how we yearn to see you both again!
But that will surely happen, we all know;
The grace of God fell upon you like rain;
A blessed soul, you were dear da, therefore!
We cannot miss to pray for you, dear dad!
You’re gone to be with God makes us so glad!
