Sonnet: Life Is Different To All Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: Life Is Different To All

Why brood about the past you cannot change?
Each person's life is strange and quite unique;
Each one's journey is so different in range;
We build most structures labored, brick by brick!

Why worry when something cannot be changed?
Envying others can't give one life's lift;
One's mental strain should not leave one deranged;
Our trust and hope in God is greatest gift!

Let's count our blessings, not what we can't get;
A cat can't be a tiger any day;
When we are principled, why then regret?
To every creature, Maker shows His way!

Why waste your precious time worrying in life?
Why seek women when you have your good wife?
