Sorry
I now live at the coast
and that's where I'll miss you the most.
Time may fly
But my wounds from loneliness will not heal,
all because you said goodbye.
I wanted nothing else from you
except friendship.
I had made one too many a demand
and now look where I stand.
I had asked too much
as well as pushed
and now my heart feels smooshed.
And it's all because of me,
why can't you see.
I'm truly sorry.
