My tender soulmate,
Love speaks a thousand silent words
Between your heart and mine
My heart feels them all the time
They're the air I breathe
To move ahead with peace
Knowing that God blessed me
With a love so tender and pure as yours
Holding on to me
When I was submerged by the blues
Carrying the torch and a candle of hope
Reading me without I spoke
Living my joy and sorrow as yours
Being my shield and strength
When I was feeling weak at length
Is a divine bliss not a coincidence
You gave me something I found none
Elsewhere which is the love of my soul
Beyond the circumstances and mess of life
Whether I'm young, old, slim, fat, strong, frail
You'll still love me as the first day
For my soul is what you love and see in me
Beyond the physical veil
