In the deep dark recess
Of wavering humanity
When we met,
It was that moment, that place
And a crime,
That wasn’t worth a penny
Or a dime,
A spark ignited a raging fire,
Within the pitch dark blackness
Of a forgotten coal mine,
Now covered in layers,
With the sands of time.
