Split Soul
Some people they say
that our soul's split in two.
That one half's in me
and the other's in you.
To tell you the truth,
I believe what they say,
since you never once failed
to brighten my day.
It was love at first sight,
for both me and for you.
With a bond that got stronger
the older we grew.
I love you so dearly,
more than you'll ever know,
and I am certain our love
will continue to grow.
