Sports Gals - Poem by Harlan Simantel

it's great to see
gals in sports
gals in shorts!

gee, they're good
we always knew
they could!

on the field
or on the court
sturdy, tall or short

they're skillful as guys
feeling the same athletic highs
exulting in God's physical grace
as they run their exhilarating human race
