Spring In Kashmir, For The One Within Kashmir Poem by MOHAMMAD HAFIZ GANIE

Spring In Kashmir, For The One Within Kashmir

Shall I borrow some words, for i'm already late
Changed scenarios, red blossoms, peaches and plums
How this happened, and time might judge me
I'm just done with beauty, so much occupied these days

Now when i'm up to it, I must elaborate
The almost pink petals, and their falling behavior
Oh! Poor poet, What does that mean to eyes?
Can't be spread, like verbs and nouns

An idea of fragrance, but unmatched
How the air gets scented, for the reason we seek
The rejuvenation of water, pushed by the glaciers
And the charm of sun, leading the bee-nectar correspondence

Things left as such, without the blot of juxtaposition
This match, breeze, sun and bloom
As long as i exist to myself, i'll abide the coordination of sun and mustard
Like the previous spring and my memory, I'd never knew it was spring before

Hither and thither, how calm is the heart for a tragedy
Left unnoticed, are those thousand springs
Between what's wept, can't be written
Blossoms calling for the bliss, will never bloom
