Squirrel Poem by Jacob Wortman

Squirrel

From tree to tree
and limb to limb
searching for nuts
or even pieces of corn
I have a tree that i call mine
My house is a big pile of leaves
It keeps me warm and helps me survive
I have friends that i hang around with jumping from tree to tree
and in the winter i try not to get shot by hunters
But in the summer I enjoy my life.
