Stalling Poem by Daniel I Brown

Stalling

Rating: 5.0

Engage the play,
It kills the pain,
Of broken knuckles and bleeding rain,
A dull soft roar from the outside in,
A dead dry draft that burns your skin...
Now confusion, delusion, and dread slowly find,
A patient persistence to the base of your mind
