Standing In Beauty Poem by Pat Weddle

Standing In Beauty

Rating: 4.3

They stand in beauty like the days
Of sunshine and clear skies
All that is lovely of warmth and pleasure
Is seen even more in their smiles and eyes
Than their surroundings.

A sweet piece that proclaims the passion of the love between two souls in comparison with nature Herself - that a sunshine can be found elsewhere when the sun isn't out, that rain can fall during a dry spell. A stunning read. - K.
