Starcrossed Poem by Liz Connolly

Starcrossed

Rating: 4.0

love will impose
if only to propose
another mode for loss

a thousand years
for a thousand tears

whether young and fair
or worse for wear

life's guilded pages
taunt the ages

the stars don't always cross
