Starlight Poem by Elliot Chance

Starlight

In the night,
Even though we can't see it,
As we struggle under each others might,

I don't want this moment to end,
I don't want to bend our love,
To bend so much,
That it might break,
And I love you such,
So don't make my heart ache!

I love you Like the moon loves the sky,
As grass loves the earth,
And how you love me,
I think of this as we fall to the hearth,
And you whisper to me,
'I love you with all my heart',

And this makes me happy,
As we pull apart and stare into each others eyes,
Even though it may seam sappy,
I don't want to say any goodbyes,

So hold my hand,
And hold me tight,
As we Look at the starlight,
The starlight, in the night.
