Starlit Love Poem by John N. Blow

Each star high in the midnight blue
Is radiant with my love for you.
And in the clear enchanted night
Stars shed on you love's constant light.

Storm clouds may hide them for awhile
And moonlight dim them with its guile,
Yet like the stars that shine above
Enduring for you is my love.

So I'll dispel when we're apart,
The lonely feelings of my heart
Filling it with the star's pure light
To beam my love on each clear night.
