State Of The Soul

He said to the
gay man living
with his mate
'You are in
a mortal sin
state'
and the man replied
'Only God knows
the state of my soul.
The most judgmental
are the least
likely to know.'
One is given pause
when those who are
cognizant of
an infiniitesimal sliver
of God
presume to know
God's infinite heart.
