Staunch Scarlet By Joseph Ondu Poem by Joseph Ondu

Staunch Scarlet By Joseph Ondu

Like the flood she looks.
Swooping every flesh that
comes towards her tight skin.
Not to beseech for it long or
oversexed.
Not a real goer either.

Once you know her prowess
as a staunch scarlet,
quenching the thirst of her clients,
then you will know that she is
not that rather pseud but her
sybaritic lifestyle;
sharing her warmth, her blood
and her laborious emotive feelings
to her encoring audience.

The heat that comes out of her body,
her pleasure, her perfume and
her beauty, makes her like the only
woman casted in the mould of beauty.
Ranking her to the career of making
and earning enough,
her face like raspberry would make
one believe she's the only Solomon's
concubine existing to walk on every
raunchy man to show and define beauty.
She wears to impress, selling her
perfumes and remains with her the
sweet smell of the very perfume.
With her prowess as a staunch scarlet; a
gold-digger of some sought.
